        Firstly, if you respond to _any_ spam, then the spammer gets
verification that your email address is a good one. That makes your email
address especially valuable and is probably going to increase the amount of
spam in your inbox because your address can now be sold.
        The only practical way is to use the filtering capability of your
email software to automagically transfer any messages from him, or any other
spammer, into the trash where you don't even have to look at it. I
routinely set up filters for "XXX" and "Make Money Fast".
