I think this may have been asked before, but I can't find it in the archive. So, I'll bring it up again.
What does your Troop use to keep money straight. Quick Books, etc.?
We have Scout accounts that have to be maintained. How bad does this snarl your bookkeeping?
Do you have a Treasurer that handles everything? Do you have different people do different jobs, i.e. Controller, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable?
How many people are capable of signing your checks? How many signatures do you need on your checks?
What works for you? How would you do it different? What really frustrates you?
We are having a changing of the guards and have an opportune time change things for the better.
