Breakfast Burritos:

1 lb sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
12 eggs
grated cheddar cheese
tortillas
salsa (optional)

Brown sausage in pot or Dutch oven. When brown, add onion and pepper and
cook until vegetables are limp. Break eggs into pot and stir. When eggs are
done, add cheddar cheese. Spoon onto tortillas and add salsa as desired.
Serves about 6-8. Can be scaled to feed as many as necessary.

Creole Burger:

1 lb ground beef
1 can Chicken Gumbo soup
1 T mustard
1 T catsup
1 t Worcester sauce
1 t barbecue sauce
1 clove chopped garlic
hamburger buns, hoagie rolls or toast

Brown meat in pot or Dutch oven. When brown, add remaining ingredients and
cook until heated through. Serve on bread, "sloppy joe" style. Serves about
4, can be scaled to feed as many as necessary. A favorite in my troop.
