On the OTHER side of this now, and as Michael has reminded us,
no two scouts are the same - and niether are the badges.
In fact - I have to accept - and in fact expect - a LOT of
training to be required for CPR and first aid merit badge
and even others such as life saving etc.
Either way - I still see some merit badge "factory" / clinics
where a scout gets a badge just for showing up.
