If the SCOUTS are happy with their program, and the adults aren't,
is there a problem with the program? (g)

Cheryl,
Even though the Scout's are happy, there may be a problem with the program.
The real question you should ask is "Why are the adults unhappy?" They may
have just woke up one morning and realized they had nothing to complain
about. ;-}

Question 2:
If the Scouts aren't happy with their choice of menu, why do they
keep choosing it?

Lack of imagination? It's easier to agree on that one thing, rather than
challenge yourself? That's a question that will never be answered. Why do my
Scouts keep putting S'mores on the menu even though they usually eat the
individual components long before they're ready to combine them? (Actually,
the answer to that one is that they hope, one day, to actually eat a S'more
instead of a fistful of graham crackers, half a bag of marshmellows, and two
chocolate bars.)
