I believe that Eagle is not the ultimate goal of Scouting, It's about the
kind of Scout that the Eagle represents in all Scouts. It is not the
destination, but the journey getting there that matters. The journey is what
teaches us to be what and who we are. Forcing something on someone who does
not want it makes the goal not mean anything. JM
