Doug
We used to do a "time machine" skit in our pack. We threw various
objects in it and they came out either older or younger depending on the
dial setting.
The "machine" was an old refrigerator carton that the boys have fun
decorating with tinsel, dials, knobs, etc.
Perhaps the Cubmaster could have the 2nd yr Webs go into the machine
supposedly to be made into Boy Scouts, but the dial was set on minus.
The boys that come out are your Tiger den who receive their items, then
have them go back in and "advance them" to Wolf, etc. Every so often
throw in a sight gag, we had a Den Leader who recently had a son. We put
the Leader in the machine and out came his son, the parents mad a cute
leader's uniform to put on the baby.

Hope this helps, have fun!
