My Council is looking to put on a Cub Scout Pow Wow this year but the
outline/instructions on how to accomplish it is no longer in print at
national. They said that the new on will be released sometime this summer.
We need to get started on the planning now. Does anyone have a copy so I
can get a copy of the manual?
