Here is the problem The Blue and Gold for this young man is Sunday (this
Sunday). Is the booklet you reference available online? Will my Council have
a copy of it on file somewhere? If I am going to recommend something to this
family I need to have access to the actual rules & regulations (sadly, they
already have heard enough opinions).
