Hello Everyone,

I need help with a question. Can Tiger Cubs earn the Bobcat near the end of the
first grade? The question came up at a Pack Committee meeting recently. We have
about 12 Tiger Cubs and are wondering whether to start them working toward the
Bobcat in anticipation of awarding them the badge at our mid-May Pack meeting (which
is our last regular Pack meeting of the year). Note: our school year ends in
early-June. My son was never a Tiger Cub, so I really don't know.
