What I would do is ask the parents to write down their questions, then
I'd go over them with my Assistant Scoutmasters to come up with some
answers.

You might also want to take a look at the new training module, Troop
Committee Challenge. It gives an overview of troop operations and
some specifics about troop committee responsibilities.
