They aren't IN the Insignia Guide, because they actually aren't BSA
issued patches. A Local Council may authorize their wear, but in
general, they would be considered a temporary patch (right pocket)
The OFFICIAL Totin' Chip and Firem'n Chit are wallet cards. See:

There are new versions of the cards shown in the y2k Requirements Book,
but I haven't seen them in stock yet. Once they come in, I'll scan them
