50/50 cotton polyester makes nice neckerchiefs. I would, rather than try
to find material to match the Webelos neckerchief, just make one you like
in a size you like. Cut up newsprint to get your pattern until you have a
size you like. Sew a Webelos patch on there if you like or have someone
you know decorate it with machine embroidery, print a symbol on that
special iron transfer paper. How about a bolo tie?
