Irene wrote asking whether a den could have a fund raiser. As I understand
it, the technical answer is "no" because only a unit can raise funds. The
pack would have to file the fund raising permit. All money would have to go
through the pack treasury and the pack would then have to give it to the den
(or distribute in some way). The pack would, of course, have to approve the
fund raiser first.
