Because of the numerous "hazards" that might be encountered (including the rather
disgusting hazard associated with using a beverage container for a urinal) I
tried to warn/inform the Scouts of the possibilities beforehand. Don't open,
don't investigate. Containers, bottles etc. were placed alongside the road for
pickup similar to tires, boards and other debris too large to be put in the
litter sacks. Now it seems like it might be a good time to stess that warning.
