That's right. William Boyce incorporated the Boy Scouts of America on Feb. 8, 1910.
Another important day is Feb. 22nd. This day was the joint birthdays of Lord Robert Baden-Powell and his wife, the World Chief Guide, Lady Olave Baden-Powell, and is celebrated globally by Guides and Scouts. Often it is referred to as 'Thinking Day'.
