Jason,
I'm not sure about Sea Base, but the other BSA high-adventure bases are
not long-term camping; you might, at most, spend two nights in the same
location, the same as a regurlar weekend outing with a troop. I'd let them
count in the 15-days & nights requirement. Long-term camping implies setting
up housekeeping for an extended period, not one or two nights.
