Well, a friend of mine's daughter is very outdoors-oriented so I wanted to
see if there was a Venturing crew in her area. I already knew about the
merger-created Central NJ Council so I started with their site. A link took
me to the district where I found a link to a crew. And to top it off, the
crew is affiliated with the troop my friend was in as a youth; he didn't know
the troop was still around, much less on the web. Small world.
That's what our local web sites are good for.
