Dave,
You had to get pages 1 & 2; page 1 is the cover and it has the address
label on it. But if you're missing pages 3-14, then you must also be missing
pages 39-50. If I don't miss my guess, those pages are all printed on one
sheet and are then cut and folded before the magazine is stapled.
Can't help with an exchange, though; I don't have my copy yet. I've been
reading my son's.
