While it may not be written about having 2 deep leadership at meetings, I
would never suggest having only 1 adult there. Our troop requires at least 2
adults at every meeting. We had more than one occasion where 1 of the 2
adults had to leave early due to an emergency. If we only had 1 adult there,
who would have been in charge and what about the liability issues.
Regardless of what the G2SS says, I believe we need to have at least 2 adults
at every meeting.
