To Peter and all,
In our council, they will not remove a leader from scouting until they
are found guilty in court. I witnessed a scouter strike another parent
in the pack and called it into council. Even with 3 people testifying in
the trial he was found not guilty and is still leading a pack and
involved in a troop today. To put it mildly, I will not go near the man
and just hope noone ever makes him mad enough to repeat the action.
