Most definitions of a "sensible diet" (that make any sense) call for
eating nutritious meals while limiting fats and refined sugars.
I agree that one or two meals on a trip are not going to make a
huge difference to a person's belt size. On the other hand, it
extends the concept of nutritious meals to campouts where the
Scouts are going to be looking to us as an example. If we set the
example of good eating, they might just follow.
