Get your Pack leaders on the school board/ PTO. Bring it up at the
school board.
I feel for you, every year is a crap shoot with us, this year I talked
to the new principle only to read a few days later she was "let go" and
a new one brought in. The new one was very friendly, I just got back
from doing the boy talk where I went into each class room.
I would suggest displays in stores, gas stations, radio stations
(remember you want to get the parents too). Of course get the boys to
talk to their friends who aren't in, maybe offer recruiter bonuses.
