Feb. On February 8, 1910 Mr. Boyce incorporated the Boy Scouts of
America, which is why we celebrate Scouting=92s BIRTHDAY with Blue and
Gold Banquets every February. Learn more about Scouting's history in
chapter 1 of your "Cub Scout Leaders Book".
