"I understand that the Virginia DMV has approved a design for the BSA
Specialty License Plate. Ron Stroup, a Scoutmaster from Newport News (Troop
306), is collecting the minimum 350 applications needed before the State of
Virginia will begin production. If you are interested, you can contact Ron
