Mike... true but here you are assuming that some troop would
automatically elect some Scout who had jsut walked in the door and had
not even done any of his 15 nights of camping with them....
better to have the OA Lodge Advisor or the Council DE who is Keeper Of
The Flame talk to the CO and explain to them what needs explaining...
