Our CO requires that at least one parent in each family be registered
with either our pack or our troop (can be as simple as being a Tiger Cub
Parent Partner or Merit Badge Counselor).

We're planning on showing the Fast Start video to *all* the parents at
our parent orientation this fall, and maybe even YPT.
