I think you would have greater legal problems if you told a parent they
could not attend camp. I would want them YP trained, but, telling a parent
they cold not attend sounds dangerous. Registration is easy and required.
Create pre-requisites, prepare for problems, but try not to separate a
parent from a kid, if the parent is insistent.
