Our Scout units have been chartered by a non-profit for over 12 years but
this last year someone must have really looked into what they should have
been doing about approving leaders. WELLLLLL - the fur did fly and now I am
in the precarious position of agreeing with both sides. I don't know what
the outcome will be I just know that I'm losing sleep until there is some
kind of decision.

I am concerned that churches and
PTO's will solve their difficulties by asking the Scouts to find another
Chartering Partner rather than fight for integrity. I hope I am wrong.
