The ruling by the NJ State Supreme Court was unanimous. The case was won
by BSA at the lowest court level in 1995, overturned at the appeals level
in 1998 and then lost at the State Supreme Court level today.
If there can be no appeal of if BSA loses at the US Supreme court will BSA
change its policy nationwide?
