Artwork Needed

I have desperately tried to find some artwork that I have seen, saved but it
won't come up as a picture except in my preview box. It is the Scout Law
that is in a type of frame design that is old. The frame is made out of
trees. I would like to use it for a program for an Eagle Court of Honor.
Can anybody help me??
