Advancement w/ no SM?

Hi MA-WendyH,

I have only read MN-MikeW's reply and I agree.

Most Council's I am aware of only use the Advancement Report to
process Advancements into the BSA Computer. Mostly they TRUST
that the person coming in the door is honest and made sure all
the signatures are correct. Once in the computer all bets are off as
to how each council keeps their paper records.

Sometimes, and maybe JUST for our a bit fiesty AuntieB, or because it
is in Mass, your Council might check the computer to see if the
signatures compare with who is on record for each signature.

If needed after a friendly chat with your Council's Registrar you
might need to have the IH, CoR, or CC give a friendly call and
keep everyone happy and those young men advancing and having a blast.

YiS, IMHO, and may we each attempt to live the SO,SL,SS,SM

P.S. HEY Wendy how many points does a scouter get for running over
a Girl Scout selling cookies while helping an old Boy Scout Adult
across the street. (Hee Hee Hee (I don't remember the point system
