Scott -

It's great that your troop dedicates the campout and leaders to help the
boy
complete the partials ... BUT ... you are adding to the requirements
(which
you can't do) to say that they have 60 days to complete the merit
badges.

Unless I'm mistaken (and I know I'll be corrected if I am ;-) ) the
only time
limit to complete a partial is the scout's 18th birthday.

Congratulations to your boys on a very productive summer camp!
