Subject: Troop Committe Functions

Hi MD-BobR,

Hey you are in our Computer MB MD-Cattail Steve's neck of the Scouts-L =

Woods with many other great Scouts-Lrs close on his great scouter's trail=
.

Nah!! the Troop Committee is LAST of LASTS, (well kind of)

IDEALLY (So UKs Ian the Ford doesn't chew us and me out)
The PLC should be handling this small difficulty
-Remember we are teaching them how to dismiss as well as =

care for their leaders in a democratic society.

The SM-Core (SM/Key-ASM (Hey that's you)
should be the advisors at the adjustment / political ceremony
so that Aim#1, 2, and 3 are met as part of the process of removal
and possibly re-affirmation of "His Position" based on conditions.

The SM-Core/TC/Concerned Adults should be meeting with
the parents to make sure something isn't wrong in "HIS" Denmark.
(Hey it happens that other things are going on in his life)

The Troop Committee (OK I finally got to their limited accountability)
is overseeing the entire shooting match. with the Chartering
Org and some young energetic highly likable District Executive at =

Council on Call. =

On up the line from here until the Right Thing gets Done for the Boy
and for the Troop.

YiS, IMHO, and may we each attempt to live the SO,SL,SS,SM
=

Mr Dave (Hawleyton, NY (Baden-Powell Council
