The best use I ever saw for a bunch of these was to super-glue the caps on,
punch holes thru the bottoms and the caps, and string a wire thru them to
hang your birdfeeders on horizontally.
sorta like this:
pole|--------------(feeder)------------|pole
Squirrels try to run across the wire to the feeder, the cannisters roll, and
whoops! Fun for the whole family.
