I would have to disagree with this statement (with due respect of
course). The uniform, and all symbols contained therein, would most
likely be trademarked by B.S.A. As such, they cannot be reproduced
without the permission of the trademark holder. This would place
their unauthorized usage outside the boundaries of the First
Amendment.

Just my two cents worth.
