just a thought

The following is MHO.. *s*
I know it feels like a rehash sometimes to go over and over aspects of
how a death teaches something, helps us be better leaders, reminds of things
we may need to improve in our forms, first aid kits and such..
but more importantly before we are scouts we are human.. primal fear
of the big unknown thing called death, and automatically news of a death
sends us into some form of a grief process. The grief process is often like
peeling an onion to its core.. we go round and round many of the same curves
but in the end some take a bit more to process a death. Even a death that
is remote to us in that we did not know this scout, but close to us in that
we all can put ourselves some place in the event .. may need processing
individually by each member of the list.
For me I appreciate knowing that I am part of a group (this list) that
is sensitive and aware enough to be going through the process. *s*
