Hi Henry,
I agree with Len. You're taking on a HUGE amount of liability and
responsibility if he remains in the troop.....liability for what might
happen to other scouts and responsibility that belongs to the parents of
this young man.
I'm all for "letting things run their course" as a way of getting through
some problems that pop up in adolescent behavior but this sounds like
serious stuff.
