Archery Merit Badge-Help

Here I am asking for help again :)

I have recently completed Archery Level II and filled out the proper
paperwork
to be a merit badge counselor for Archery.

At the last PLC meeting, the boys decided they wanted to do Archery and
requested that I teach it.

I have informed them that I can't at this point in time due to needing
time to obtain the supplies necessary.

Has anyone taught this *OUTSIDE* summer camp and can give me some
pointers on how you taught it. I have already devised a syllabus,
but looking for some pratical advice.

Additionally, if anyone knows where I can get archery supplies
cheap, I need everything to make the arrows and bowstrings.

(yes, I have the plans on how to make a bowstring jig, but want
to see how cheaply I can find one.)
