Sure, you can delegate. In my Troop I delegate it to the Scout <chuckle>
Actually what I do is hand the boy the list of MB Counselors and say
"Here--pick one out". I may suggest they call one person or another but
I let them make the choice. After all, to get the most out of it they
should have some say in who they work with.
