I'm a Cub RT commish and am looking for ways to get
more unit leaders to attend. We have an active RT
where we try to get everyone to activelyl participate.
We play games, and do songs, skits, and ceremonies.
I've been thinking that this may be the reason some
leaders don't want to come. They are afraid they will
have to do something. We don't force anyone to do
anything they don't feel comfortable doing. If anyone
out there has some input let me know.
