Answer - RE: Source for "unofficial" District Vice Chairman insig

Thank you to those who responded. I really should keep up more, because
it turns out these were made official in 1996. They can be ordered from
Supply Division - District Vice Chairman emblem, #00269, $3.85 (as of
8/96 when they were new).
