Den Chief Training

I am about to get some Den Chiefs for my Pack I think and in looking in
the Den Chief Handbook there is reference to either District/Council
Level or Pack Level Training. My Council does the training at Univ of
Scouting once a year & that was in February. Does anyone out there have
an outline or anything pertaining to Den Chief Training? I would really
appreciate any information you are willing to pass on.
