Are you talking about PTO or PTA? There is a difference. PTAs are
chartered by the National PTA (which I have good reason to believe would
not agree with BSA on philosophical grounds--3Gs and all that). Most
PTOs are independent of all other PTOs and of the PTA structure (often
for reasons mentioned above).
