Boy-run in a *young* troop

I'd like to get some ideas on how to implement the boy-run concept in a
troop that's little more than a year old, one in which boys' ages range
from 10.5 to 13 years old. The leadership skills of most will need some
work, and some are downright reluctant to lead.
Oh, and by the way, I've temporarily lost my Web access (software
problems on my system) and don't know how soon I can get them resolved,
so although I welcome URLs to restock my bookmarks, they won't do me
much good at the moment.
