I also share her sentiments and feel it it extends far beyond the BSHB and
SMHB to the new BSA literature and training outlines. If we are committed
to "delivering the promise" - the adventure of Scouting - then why are we
not providing the support needed within the routine literature and training
(and uniforms, too)? I keep thinking about the Edgar Guest poem about
seeing the sermon.
