2 questions

Hello Friends,

I have two questions to ask of this esteemed body. Replies can
be private or public if you feel it has widespread value.

Question 1 - Inviting outside community members to sit on Eagle boards.

Based on the Advancement guidelines policy manual and the
procedure in our district. Community members, pastors, teachers, mayors
or the like are invited to sit on Eagle boards. For those of you who
are familiar with this process, I have a question from our Advancement
Chair. She wants to know if there is a formal way to invite these
people. She is looking for invitations that may be available through
BSA Supply as well as ideas on form and wording.

For clarification, it is one such person per Eagle BOR.

Question 2 - Dishwashing Third Pot Sanitizer - Hot or Cold???

Here is why I pose the question. The sanitizer tablets that
we purchase at the scout shop have directions that read "dissolve 1
tablet in HOT water".

Ideas?
