Greetings All!
=20
My name is Andrew Sterling, I am assistant cubmaster for Cub Pack 113 =
based out of Middletown, Pennsylvania. I have been involved with the =
pack as a parent since my Bear was a Tiger. This year I have accepted =
the leadership role and am enjoying it very much. I create the pack =
newsletter, all flyers, am the resident story-teller (always looking for =
good ones, too), and believe one of the key goals in scouting is to have =
fun. I fear that sometimes too much emphasis is placed on advancement =
and too little placed on fun.
=20
My hobbies and passions include theater, desktop publishing, music, kids =
and the great outdoors. I also am a stickler for organization. I am a =
father of 3, (13 -active in Boy Scouts and well on the way to Eagle, 11 =
(my daughter who hasn't been sucked in too much into scouting yet) and 9 =
(my Bear). We're a blended family. A sort but sweet message, here.
=20
I look forward to developing some friendships here as well as learning a =
*whole* lot of great stuff. I have a few ideas under my sleeve, too, so =
don't be afraid to ask. Thanks for the opportunity to join what seems =
to be a stimulating group.
