In the Iroquois Trail council we don't send the District Advancment Chair a
copy. The troop keeps the third copy and thus we call it the "Unit" copy. I
see no purpose in having a person in the district try and keep track of all
the MBs earned in the various units.

This gives each unit a second record of each MB along with the green copy of
the Advancment report.
