This is a great example of why UC should not be a member of the unit. The
ADC and DC need to take action immediately. They need to contact the COR to
tell them that the troop is not putting on an efficient program. That
changes need to be made and now. This is assuming that the Chartering
organization cares. I am willing to bet that the troop does not have many
new members and that the members they do have are mostly older boys
Unfortunately it might be too late to save the troop. They need that influx
of Webelos. I would most defiantly get the DE involved.
